High Intensity Interval Training is a 30 minute fast paced class designed to work the cardiovascular system!


Using bars, dumbbells and steps this strengthening and toning class will get the whole body moving for 60 minutes.


A flowing and meditative yoga class for healing and restoring balance within the body, mind, and spirit. Improve muscle tone, flexibility, strength, and stamina.


Loaded with red-hot dance steps, pulsating Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow routines, this invigorating dance-fitness “party” will have you movin’, groovin’ and shakin’ the weight off to the sexy, exotic rhythms of salsa, cumbia, samba, merengue and more!


Zumba Toning combines body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work infused with Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training fitness party. Students learn how to use lightweight toning sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all their target zones, including arms, abs, and thighs.
