Boxing

Our build a booty class is designed to do just that! Build, sculpt and tone your booty! Join beck for 60 minutes of fun with this low impact class targeting the lower body and core using your own body weight, free weights and bands! Great for all fitness levels.

Works well for developing strength, endurance (both aerobic and anaerobic), flexibility and coordination.

Circuit

Burn maximum calories as you work your way through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials and interval training.
